Had to wake up early to get to NYC on time, little did we know this wouldn’t help whatsoever. We had two GPS’s hooked up for a second opinion, so excessive:

Got on the road after a quick meal at 99 (the Red Sock’s official family diner) and before long stopped at a rest stop. Dane Rick was being hasty so I punished him with this picture:

“You love your mirror shots dude, you’re vain!”

Then Jakeway started being hasty so Ed put him in his place:

The only problem was there were innocent by-standers walking through the lobby while this was going down:

Jakeway bought a Spongebob Squarepants ice cream bar, yup:

Number 11:

Crew shot!:

Then we finally made our way into NYC, and immediately hit traffic:

Our GPS took us to the 5th Ave in Manhatten instead of the one in Brooklyn, even though it clearly said Brooklyn. Manhatten during rush hour on a Friday, great:

Finally got out of Manhatten and on the right track to Brooklyn:

The bridge structures are seriously so rad, I dig the city layout:

The show at Southpaw was seriously killer. Such a great group of kids, ended up pulling everyone on stage at the end of our last song. Super fun!

Afterwards we went out to Kate’s Joint for some great food. We got some buffalo tofu wings:

We then went out to Time Square to be real tourists. Before we went to the the main strip, we stopped at a pay phone call to J**** $*****$ (changed to protect the innocent):

I took a ton of pictures, so bare with my inner tourist for a bit:

I’ll take a break from the touristy pictures for a picture of the greatest snack ever:

Ok, a few more:

Around this time J**** $*****$ found out that Jakeway pranked him and bombed his phone, sound familiar?:

Ok, one more:

Crew shot:

I lied, a few more:

Still getting bombed:

On the way back to the van, Dane made a new friend and actually got some good footage for his video:

Then we drove to Ground Zero:

Near Ground Zero:

Thought we were on our way down to where we thought was the memorial, turns out it was a subway:

Tried to sneak a few pictures through the gate, but there wasn’t much room to shoot:

A construction shot across the street:

Then we peaced out through the Holland Tunnel:

We ended up in New Brunswick crashing with a friends:

Philadelphia tomorrow, stoked!
